Kev's Pretty Good Kickball Team Sign-Up Form

Welcome! Pre-registration is required. Please use the form below to sign up to play Kickball with us. Middle Schoolers (with email address) and High Schoolers (with email address) may sign themselves up. Elementary aged young people must have a parent sign them up and use their parent's email address. Please note that we must have a working email address in order to use this form. Announcements and weekly game reminders will be sent via email beginning this year. Thanks!
